Budget Program

Our Budget Program allows you to make 11 equal monthly payments with a 12th month for settlement, based on your last two years of usage. It’s free to sign up and there is no finance charge involved as long as you stay current with your payments. The Budget Program is only available for our automatic delivery customers.

If the winter is warmer than expected, you'll receive a rebate for any monthly credit balance. When there is a colder than normal winter or our estimate of your fuel cost is low, we will notify you and ask you to increase your payment. Our goal is to have a zero balance on your budget account at the end of the heating season.
